For the packages without ftp access : There will be free upload of WebPages once a month
Additional charges (Optional) :

wordpress : 10 $ per annum
Joomla : 10 $ per annum
shopping cart: 10 $ per annum

There is no initial setup fees for hosting accounts & any other add-ons. In case of reinstallation of add-ons there will be a setup charge of 5$ per add-on.
Refund example/ other terms & conditions :
1. You have purchased plan D for 1 year i.e. for 30$ & you are not satisfied after two months then the charge for two month as per the monthly package is 2X5 =10$. so you will be refunded 30$-10$ = 20$
2. You have purchased plan E for 2 year i.e. for 60$ & you are not satisfied after on year then the charge for one year is 36$. so you will be refunded 60$-36$ = 24$
3. There will be no refund for monthly plans.
4. Refund period can be counted on month to month basis. If you are asking for refund after 2 months & 10 days it will be counted as 3 month usage.
5. There will be no refund for add-ons & additional charges.
