Customer support Service Most of medium to small size companies prefer the customer support to be done by site owner (business owner) himself. Site owner generally do not prefer to give customer support as it is key work, if not handled properly then it can ruin the business. But what if they get some dependable person for customer support ? There may be some more important work that should be done by site owner, mainly business development.
